Operations Coordinator – Renewable Gas (100%)

Zurich, Switzerland

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to strengthen our growing team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operational activities related to biomethane sourcing, delivery scheduling, and certification handling. You’ll work closely with producers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant operations across Europe.

Your responsibilities
Coordinate physical deliveries and mass-balance flows of biomethane
Support certification processes (ISCC, NMS, PoS) and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with producers and clients to optimise supply chain logistics
Monitor regulatory compliance and assist with reporting to authorities
Contribute to continuous process improvements

Your profile
Degree in business, energy management, or related field
First experience in operations, logistics, or energy sector preferred
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Fluent in English, German and/or French a plus

You can choose: we deliver Guarantees of Origin (GoOs) alone, or combine them with mass-balanced physical deliveries of biomethane.

How do you help clients stay compliant?
We monitor national and European regulations and provide complete documentation, audit reports, and Proof of Sustainability (PoS) so your portfolio remains compliant and future-ready.
